Delete Your Data

You can delete specific financial entries or your entire account. Account deletion is permanent and removes:

We retain some anonymous usage data for analytics but nothing that identifies you personally. Legal and accounting records may be kept longer as required by Vietnam law.

Want to move to another budgeting tool? We provide data export in standard formats (CSV, JSON) so you can take your financial information with you.

• Support communications: Retained for 3 years for quality assurance and legal protection
• Anonymous analytics: Kept indefinitely as it can't identify individuals

After retention periods expire, we permanently delete data using secure deletion methods that prevent recovery.

Children's Privacy

Extra-Add is designed for adults managing their finances. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18 years old. If we discover we've accidentally collected data from a minor, we'll delete it immediately.

Parents who find their child has created an account should contact us at info@extra-add.com so we can remove it.

Changes to This Policy

We'll update this privacy policy occasionally as our services evolve or regulations change. When we make significant changes:

• We'll email all active users at least 30 days before changes take effect
• We'll post a notice on your dashboard highlighting key changes
• The "Last Updated" date at the top will reflect when changes occurred
• Previous versions will be archived and available upon request

Continuing to use Extra-Add after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy. If you disagree with changes, you can delete your account before they become effective.

As a service operating in Vietnam, we comply with specific local requirements:

User data of Vietnam residents is primarily stored on servers within Vietnam, with encrypted backups in secure international facilities for disaster recovery purposes.

Government Requests

We may disclose information if required by Vietnam law or valid legal process. When possible, we'll notify affected users unless legally prohibited from doing so.

Language

This policy is provided in English. In case of disputes about interpretation, the English version prevails.
