Where We Came From
Back in 2019, I was sitting in a small community center watching people struggle with basic budget questions. Not because they weren't smart. They just never had anyone show them how money actually works when you're trying to build something real.
The Mekong Delta region had plenty of business activity but not much practical financial education. People were making decisions based on what neighbors said or what sounded right. Sometimes it worked. Often it didn't.
So we started small. Weekend sessions about tracking expenses and setting actual achievable goals. The response surprised us. Turned out a lot of folks wanted this information—they just needed it presented in Vietnamese context, not translated advice from somewhere else.
By 2022 we had expanded beyond in-person sessions. The pandemic taught us that online learning could work if we built it right for our audience. Now we serve people across southern Vietnam who want to get their financial house in order.
How We Actually Teach This Stuff
Financial planning sounds complicated because people make it complicated. We don't do that.
Start Where You Are
No judgment about past money decisions. We look at your current situation and build from there. Most people already know what went wrong—they need help figuring out what to do next.
Goals That Make Sense
We don't push generic financial goals. Your situation is different from your neighbor's. Maybe you need an emergency fund. Maybe you need to restructure existing obligations first. We help you figure out what actually matters for your life.
Small Steps Forward
Big financial changes happen through consistent small actions. We break everything into manageable pieces so you can see progress without feeling overwhelmed. This is about building habits that last, not quick fixes.
Who's Behind This
We're a small team based in Sóc Trăng Province. Everyone here has worked in financial services or education. We got tired of seeing good advice fail because it didn't fit real Vietnamese circumstances.

Tuan Nguyen
Program Director
Spent twelve years in banking before switching to education. Got tired of selling products people didn't need. Now focuses on teaching practical money management to families in the Mekong Delta.

Duc Pham
Learning Design Lead
Former high school economics teacher who realized textbook finance doesn't help most people. Designs our curriculum to work for people who never thought they were "good with money." Spoiler: everyone can learn this.
What We Actually Believe
These aren't corporate values we put on a wall. This is what guides our decisions when we're building programs or talking to students.

Real Talk Only
We don't sugarcoat financial challenges or promise overnight results. Building financial stability takes time and consistent effort. We're honest about that from day one.
Context Matters
Financial advice from the US or Europe often doesn't translate well here. We teach strategies that work within Vietnamese economic reality and family structures. That means understanding how extended family obligations affect personal budgets.
Education Over Sales
We don't sell financial products. We're not affiliated with banks or insurance companies. Our only goal is helping people understand their options so they can make informed decisions.
Progress Not Perfection
Nobody gets everything right with their finances. We celebrate small wins and help people learn from setbacks. The goal is steady improvement over time, not achieving some perfect financial state.
